What do you do when you feel like giving up? Author James Clear has 5 personal thoughts he keeps in mind when he is stuck in that negative mindset.
Your mind is always suggesting: Your brain never orders you to do something, it merely provides a suggestion on what you should do. Your brain simply gives you options. Thus, you have the power to choose.
Discomfort is temporary: Everything that may make you feel overwhelmed, like writing a report, your workout, is all temporary. All negative things will pass!
You'll never regret the effort you put into doing good work: After pushing through the hard progress, when you have a result you are proud of, you will never regret it!
Accept the ups and downs; This is life.
Let the world decide.
